How your order process works

Pick the item. Choose the style. Select your preferred finish and color choices.

We will package your items with the highest of care for delivery. we use cardboard, tubing, bubble wrap and shrink wrap. its not the prettiest but it gets the job done!

Place the chosen item in your basket. Follow the checkout process and select your preferred payment option. Receive order confirmation.

We will then book your item in for delivery on a date that suits you with our chosen courier Proovia (unless stated otherwise) 

As soon as the order is placed it will go into our system and be started upon as soon as possible, it's usually 21-28days but check each item page for average lead times. We will then make your item to the highest quality and finish to to your chosen finishes and or colours.

Proovia will send you a 3 hour time slot the day prior to delivery. a live tracking link to follow the van on the day. and they driver will also call you when you're next on route!
